In other news....
I made an awesome quiche last nite for dinner. I had a deep dish pie crust in the freezer that I was planning on using for a pie. Instead I whipped up 6 eggs, two handfulls of shredded cheese, two turkey sausage links, three slices of bacon and some garlic. Baked at 350 degrees for 50 minutes and out came the best quiche I have ever made. YUMMO! I ate two slices while watching the 2nd DVD in the set of the 1st season of Project Runway. (My new addictionn).
I just read that the EPA has voted to name Teflon a likely carcinogen. Doh! Better buy your All-Clad cookwear now before they start disappearing! I'm saving up for a few pieces to add to my kitchen:
12" Stainless FryPan
3 Qt Saute Pan w/Lid
16 Qt StockPot w/Lid
Better start getting my pennies together cause this stuff aint cheap!

I _love_ quiche! Not airy, delicate stuff, no sir! The rich, heavy, loaded kind that I make! (my favourite is a cheese/brocoli/garlic/onion one... yum!)
Your post made me want to get off my butt and bake one! LOL
