Go Fug Yourself.
I came upon this super funny blog last week. Its called Go Fug Yourself. What they do is bash pics of celebrities in their fugly outfits. This site isnt for women only, though it can be quite catty at times. (Hiss, hiss). I cant believe some people dare to walk out in public dressed the way they do :)
